What do you say when you have the opportunity to speak with an athlete who was a 2004 Olympic Team Alternate, a 2 x All-American at the NCAA level for Oregon State University… and who has spent 7 years on tour with Cirque du Soleil Amaluna.
Well you ask them to come onto your podcast of course.
My guest this week is my new friend Laura-Ann Chong, she is / was all of that and more, of course, as we are always more than just the things we do.
This convo was so interesting as we explore what it is like to fly, the differences between our sporting worlds and where and what a gymnast focuses on during performance, that every athlete is unique, what it is like to be an elite athlete at the age of 11 and so many other topics that I believe will have huge value for you.
Now, just before we get into this convo… I want to firstly thank you for listening in and want to ask you to please share the podcast with anyone and everyone that you think will get value from listening in.
Remember also, that if you ever want to support the podcast you can do so at www.jodymartins.co/podcast
So here we go with Laura-Ann…
